Job Overview

We are inviting freshers and early-career fabricators/welders to join our workshop team to develop their skills and advance within our company.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in cutting, shaping, and joining metal sheets and sections.
• Learn and apply various welding methods (MIG, TIG, arc welding) under supervision.
• Support surface finishing and detailed work on decorative metal panels.
• Help in material preparation and component assembly for custom orders.
• Collaborate with senior fabricators to understand required precision, proportions, and finishing standards.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of the workshop environment.

Candidate Profile

• Freshers or individuals with up to 2 years experience in fabrication/welding roles.
• ITI or diploma holders in welding, fabrication, or mechanical fields are preferred but not compulsory.
• Motivated to learn and follow instructions carefully.
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality craftsmanship.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and adherence to workshop safety protocols.
• Physically fit to perform tasks involving lifting, standing, and working with metals.

Salary Details

Monthly remuneration ranging from 15000 to 18000 INR.
