Role Overview
This full-time, on-site position based in the New York City Metropolitan Area focuses on managing the entire production cycle of fashion accessories. Responsibilities include overseeing order tracking, production scheduling, and maintaining precise documentation. The coordinator will act as a key liaison with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to guarantee timely delivery of materials, samples, and finished products while ensuring quality standards are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and track orders through all production phases to meet established timelines.
- Communicate daily with external vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to coordinate production activities.
- Identify and address production issues or delays promptly to minimize impact.
- Support the introduction of new styles and seasonal collections by managing related production tasks.
- Assist in project management duties including preparing reports and contributing to process enhancements.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Experience in production planning or management within fashion, apparel, or accessory sectors.
- Strong project management capabilities to coordinate multiple timelines and deliverables concurrently.
- Highly organized with keen attention to detail in record keeping, inventory tracking, and schedule management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with production management or ERP software is advantageous.
- Understanding of fashion accessories manufacturing processes and vendor relationship management is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in the New York City Metropolitan Area and handle fast-paced work demands.
