About the Role

Join our expanding team as a Web Developer based in Gurugram, Haryana, to create engaging, modern, and responsive websites. This full-time position is ideal for candidates with at least one year of experience in a reputed company or digital agency; freshers will not be considered. You will work alongside designers, marketing experts, and business stakeholders on varied projects including new website builds, redesigns, landing pages, and ongoing web improvements across multiple sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Build modern, responsive, and mobile-friendly websites primarily using Webflow.
• Translate UI/UX designs into functional digital interfaces.
• Create landing pages and business websites with clean, efficient code.
• Maintain and enhance existing websites, adding new features as needed.
• Optimize website speed, SEO, and overall performance.
• Ensure compatibility across different browsers and devices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Integrate third-party tools, forms, APIs, and analytics platforms.
• Collaborate closely with design and content teams to deliver quality projects.
• Adhere to coding standards and follow best practices in development.
• Conduct thorough testing prior to deployment.

Required Skills

• Proficiency with Webflow is essential.
• Strong command of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive design techniques.
• Good understanding of CMS platforms and website structures.
• Knowledgeable in website optimization and technical SEO principles.
• Familiarity with version control systems and modern development workflows.

Eligibility and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline is preferred.
• A minimum of one year of practical experience at a recognized organization or digital agency is required.
• Applicants should present a strong professional portfolio demonstrating web development expertise.
• Fresh graduates are not eligible.
