Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Washbay Person to become part of our Hyundai of Regina team. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone enthusiastic about the automotive industry and motivated to contribute to a dynamic and expanding team.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean vehicles inside and out, including washing, waxing, polishing, and vacuuming interiors.
• Restore vehicle interiors by cleaning seats, carpets, upholstery, and dashboards.
• Apply protective coatings and treatments to preserve and enhance the vehicle’s appearance.
• Inspect vehicles for damages or areas needing extra attention, reporting any issues found.
• Maintain a tidy and organized workspace, ensuring tools and equipment are properly stored and kept in good condition.
• Effectively communicate with customers to understand their expectations and deliver superior service.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols and operational guidelines to maintain a secure working environment.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in automotive detailing is essential, with familiarity with 3M products considered advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality standards.
• Capability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Excellent communication skills coupled with a customer-oriented mindset.
• Physical fitness to manage tasks requiring bending, lifting, and standing for prolonged periods.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is mandatory.
