About the Role
Join the team at Saskatoon Motor Products, part of the AutoCanada dealership family, as a full-time Wash Bay Attendant. This role contributes to maintaining the quality and cleanliness of vehicles while supporting an exceptional customer service environment.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct visual inspections of vehicles before and after washing to verify cleanliness and condition.
- Guide vehicles efficiently into the wash bay to optimize completion times.
- Monitor car wash equipment and chemicals regularly to ensure operational functionality and safety.
- Participate in washing and detailing vehicles alongside the service wash team.
- Help maintain dealership property by keeping it tidy and organized, ensuring tools and effects are properly stored.
- Provide courteous and professional interaction with guests and colleagues, promptly addressing any concerns to foster positive experiences.
- Maintain a safe working environment by following safety protocols at all times.
- Comply strictly with dealership policies and procedures, adapting to them as necessary.
- Perform additional duties as delegated by management.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and ability to operate manual transmission vehicles.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in task execution.
- Capability to analyze situations using flexibility, initiative, discretion, and sound judgment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in problem-solving and handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
