About the Role
Join the dynamic team at Dodge City, part of the extensive AutoCanada dealership group, the largest Canadian-owned automotive dealer network operating across Canada and the US. This full-time position is based in Saskatoon, SK, and offers an immediate start. Key Responsibilities
- Provide transportation for customers and dealership staff as required.
- Maintain the dealership's grounds and buildings when needed.
- Support duties in the Service and Sales departments.
- Organize and park vehicles designated for sale and service daily.
- Remove protective covers and identification tags before returning vehicles to customers.
- Inspect vehicles for any stains, debris, or damage prior to return and report issues promptly.
- Assist in service write-ups and tagging of customer vehicles.
- Help with shop cleanliness and deliveries as necessary.
- Perform exterior vehicle cleaning tailored to seasonal demands, such as snow removal.
- Identify and communicate any merchandising needs or problems on the lot to management.
- Place signs on and inside vehicles for advertising purposes.
- Monitor and organize vehicles according to their stage in the reconditioning process.
- Keep the lot tidy by clearing garbage and maintaining cleanliness.
Essential Qualifications
- Completion of high school education or GED.
- Genuine interest and knowledge of the automotive industry and vehicles.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
- Experience using cleaning products and equipment, including power washers, is beneficial.
- Dependability, reliability, strong attention to detail, and effective prioritization skills.
- Excellent customer service abilities.
