Job Overview
Reporting to the Quality, WH&S and Warranty Manager, the Warranty Claims Coordinator will manage the entire warranty claims process including planning, coordination, and on-site activities. This role requires balancing detailed administrative oversight with effective stakeholder engagement to ensure high-quality results.
Key Duties
- Efficiently logging, prioritising, and tracking warranty claims within company management systems.
- Conducting root cause analyses by reviewing claims against contract obligations and quality assurance data.
- Acting as liaison between field technicians, internal departments, homeowners, and commercial partners.
- Ensuring compliance in documentation and contributing regularly to performance reports and dashboards.
- Opportunity to visit local and interstate sites for damage assessments and root cause evaluations upon gaining full competence.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Experience in customer service roles dealing with claims or direct claims coordination is essential.
- Background in residential construction, insurance, or heavy manufacturing sectors is highly beneficial.
- Proven ability to manage claims workflows, perform root cause investigations, and interpret warranty policies.
- Strong technical skills with advanced proficiency in MS Office, HubSpot, iAuditor, and Smart Sheets or equivalent platforms.
- Excellent de-escalation abilities, able to build quick rapport while maintaining professionalism during challenging interactions.

Compensation
