Overview
PepsiCo Foods Canada is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Technician for a seasonal role, crucial to supporting the "move" process within our operations. This position requires ensuring precise order picking and executing duties efficiently and effectively.

Compensation: $23.65 hourly
Shift Details: Night shifts, 3 per week with varying schedules.
Key Responsibilities
- Picking and placing full cases on the belt accurately.
- Operating Auto Cart Loader (ACL) machinery, including handling jams and faults.
- Using warehouse computer systems such as ICS effectively.
- Loading and unloading both bulk and individual cases to and from trailers.
- Bundling and strapping cardboard materials.
- Collecting pallet boards as needed.
- Manually loading individual cases onto carts and moving carts onto trailers.
- Performing autonomous maintenance tasks associated with responsibilities.
- Maintaining cleanliness and order in assigned work areas.
- Ensuring consistent and reliable attendance.
- Participating in warehouse team meetings as required.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Strong teamwork orientation with excellent communication abilities.
- Prior operations experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Superior organizational skills, demonstrated through the ability to prioritize multiple tasks, solve problems, and achieve deadlines or targets.
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions
- Ability to lift and carry 45-60 pounds continuously for 8 to 12 hours daily.
- Capability to push or pull weights up to 80 pounds regularly.
- Performing constant physical activities including standing, walking, bending, twisting, squatting, reaching, and grasping.
- Completion of safety and quality/food safety training, and strict adherence to the related policies.
