Role Overview and Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness by performing daily housekeeping for all Material Handling Equipment (MHE) to avoid accumulation of dirt and pellet debris.
• Ensure the warehouse remains tidy, well-organized, and adheres strictly to safety protocols and guidelines.
• Operate forklifts, reach trucks, and Very Narrow Aisle (VNA) trucks safely and efficiently.
• Handle incoming shipments by receiving goods, cross-verifying with Put-Away Documents (PAD), and checking for any damages.
• Unload raw materials following standard procedures and confirm correct labeling.
• Conduct pre-loading inspections on Full Container Load (FCL), Less than Container Load (LCL), and local Malaysia shipments to verify product integrity, container and seal numbers, and container condition suitable for sea transport.
• Load finished goods accurately according to customer details, shipment numbers, item types, and quantities, ensuring no discrepancies during loading.
• Pick and pack orders accurately for shipment ensuring correct items and quantities are prepared for delivery.
• Put away raw materials and finished goods in designated locations verifying physical count matches system records.
• Coordinate with production to issue raw materials in a timely manner based on Manufacturing Order (MO) picking lists.
• Perform regular stock audits and support periodic physical inventory counts.
• Ensure all required documentation is correctly received and understood before starting daily warehouse operations.
• Comply fully with safety procedures to maintain a safe, hazard-free warehouse environment.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum educational qualification of Secondary 4 / GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’ Levels / Nitec or equivalent.
• At least one year of experience in a warehouse or logistics-related position is preferred.
• Familiarity and certification with operating warehouse Material Handling Equipment (MHE) such as forklifts.
• Basic computer skills to support daily verification tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and precision in handling inventory and products.
• Effective communication skills in English and Chinese, and ability to collaborate well within a team.
• Possession of a valid forklift driving license.
• Demonstrates a positive attitude, reliability, and flexibility to adjust to changing workplace demands.
