Warehouse Receiver - 1st Shift, Monday to Friday

Role Overview

This position as a Warehouse Receiver involves accepting products into the warehouse, ensuring proper storage, and preparing items for order selection during the second shift. The role starts at 6am, Monday through Friday, paying $17 per hour. It emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and offers development opportunities in logistics and distribution.

Key Responsibilities

• Accept incoming goods into the warehouse and properly place them in designated bins.
• Verify that products meet order specifications regarding quantity and quality.
• Operate warehouse machinery safely, including pallet jacks, forklifts, and order pickers.
• Keep the work area tidy and organized to promote safety and efficiency.
• Work cooperatively with colleagues and supervisors to achieve daily targets and fulfill customer needs.
• Adhere strictly to company policies and safety rules at all times.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Prior experience working in warehouse operations.
• Experience using stock pickers for at least one year is preferred but not mandatory; full training is provided.
• Strong focus on detail and accuracy when handling orders.
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team setting.
• Openness to working flexible hours with overtime as required.
