About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate individual dedicated to serving others as a Senior Administration Officer at St Vincent's Care Services Toowoomba. This role involves contributing to a professional and supportive environment for residents within a peaceful setting featuring landscaped gardens and comfortable accommodation.
Key Responsibilities and Experience
- Bring previous experience in a similar administration role, preferably within aged care.
- Apply knowledge of payroll and rostering systems such as UKG Kronos and Facilities Master Roster (FMR).
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exhibit proficiency in administrative tasks and IT support.
- Effectively prioritize tasks and manage time through forward planning.
Essential Checks
- Possess a valid Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (NCCHC).
- Successfully complete the NDIS Worker Screening Check as required for this position.
