Shift Pattern
This position follows a fixed roster: Monday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

Role Overview
As a Warehouse Operator at the Christchurch Distribution Centre, you will be part of a sizeable team responsible for picking and preparing orders so supermarkets across New Zealand remain well stocked and customers receive a reliable service.
The starting pay is $32.06 per hour, increasing to $35.30 per hour after 26 weeks.
Key Activities
- Accurately pick orders for dispatch to stores across Aotearoa.
- Operate motorised pallet trucks as part of daily warehouse work.
- Use voice-picking systems to collect and stack stock.
- Follow safe work practices and maintain strong safety behaviour throughout the shift.

The ideal candidate communicates clearly, works safely, stays physically fit for hands-on warehouse duties, and can be relied upon to turn up consistently. Strong attention to detail is essential for order accuracy, along with a positive attitude and a self-driven approach.
Employment Conditions
You must have the legal right to work in New Zealand. As part of recruitment, you will be required to complete a background check, an ACC pre-employment report, and drug and medical assessments.
