Primary Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the process flow within an assigned workstream to ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborate closely with the Team Leader and participate in "swarm" efforts to maximize task efficiency and completion.
- Guarantee continuous and accurate process execution, adhering strictly to established operational guidelines.
- Lead operations and stock management routines, guiding teams to fill shelves and manage deliveries in line with standards.
- Provide on-the-job training and coaching to team members, promoting a safe and healthy workplace.
- Ensure evening teams maintain store and shelving standards, prioritize shelf-friendly packaging, and handle overstocks appropriately.
- Identify and escalate process-related issues promptly to the Function Lead for swift resolution.
- Contribute to store leadership by acting as Store Manager during scheduled shifts and engaging actively in team collaboration initiatives such as "Better Together" connections.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Demonstrated excellence in process management and a commitment to ongoing learning.
- Strong skills in building and sustaining collaborative relationships with various stakeholders.
- Effective leadership capabilities involving task delegation, oversight, coaching, providing feedback, and motivating teams.
- Expertise in compliance and the ability to communicate tasks and standards clearly and effectively.
- Consistent demonstration of behavior aligned with Woolworths Group’s core values.
- Capacity to work at least four weekend shifts monthly and a minimum of one evening per week.
