Primary Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the process flow within an assigned workstream to ensure smooth operations.
• Collaborate closely with the Team Leader and participate in "swarm" efforts to maximize task efficiency and completion.
• Guarantee continuous and accurate process execution, adhering strictly to established operational guidelines.
• Lead operations and stock management routines, guiding teams to fill shelves and manage deliveries in line with standards.
• Provide on-the-job training and coaching to team members, promoting a safe and healthy workplace.
• Ensure evening teams maintain store and shelving standards, prioritize shelf-friendly packaging, and handle overstocks appropriately.
• Identify and escalate process-related issues promptly to the Function Lead for swift resolution.
• Contribute to store leadership by acting as Store Manager during scheduled shifts and engaging actively in team collaboration initiatives such as "Better Together" connections.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Demonstrated excellence in process management and a commitment to ongoing learning.
• Strong skills in building and sustaining collaborative relationships with various stakeholders.
• Effective leadership capabilities involving task delegation, oversight, coaching, providing feedback, and motivating teams.
• Expertise in compliance and the ability to communicate tasks and standards clearly and effectively.
• Consistent demonstration of behavior aligned with Woolworths Group’s core values.
• Capacity to work at least four weekend shifts monthly and a minimum of one evening per week.
