Job description
Role and Responsibilities
- Meet productivity goals while managing administrative tasks and utilizing automated storage and retrieval systems such as ERP.
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety standards, including safeguarding the building and inventory.
- Organize warehouse layout and space, develop work organization charts, and implement procedures such as SOPs and 5S methodology.
- Oversee stock control processes, including the accurate receipt, storage, and delivery of goods, managing shipment loading and transfers, as well as documenting and entering data into the system.
- Plan and coordinate all warehouse resources and activities in alignment with company goals and targets.
- Carry out other related duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications and Education
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Procurement.
- At least one year of relevant experience in the field.
Preferred Skills and Competencies
- Strong leadership abilities to oversee warehouse operations effectively.
- Highly organized, systematic, and capable of motivating staff.
- Good numerical aptitude and proficient time management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Competent supervisory and follow-up skills.
Language Proficiency
- Fluent in Arabic.
- Good command of English.
