Job description
Role overview
This full-time position is based at the Coffs Harbour, NSW store and reports to the Store Manager. The role combines warehouse operations with customer service, with a strong focus on maintaining smooth daily activity, delivering a positive customer experience, and supporting operational standards across the store.
Key duties
- Respond to customers in person, by phone, and over email with a high level of service.
- Support the day-to-day running of the store and warehouse.
- Handle order processing, invoicing, and payment tasks.
- Keep merchandise displays neat, organised, and well presented.
- Assist customers in the warehouse area, including loading vehicles using a forklift or manually when needed.
- Carry out warehouse work such as order picking, stock counts, and general housekeeping.
- Support delivery activities whenever required.
Working pattern
The standard roster is Monday to Friday from 7:00am to 3:00pm, with overtime available.
What you need to succeed
The company is looking for someone with a forklift licence, relevant hands-on experience, a strong work ethic, and the confidence to engage with customers in a busy environment. Good communication, a professional presentation, and the ability to work closely with team members and supervisors are also important.
