About the Role

This is a full-time position based in Mile End, South Australia, within the Gyprock Trade Centre. You will report to the Store Manager and support both customer-facing and warehouse activities. The role combines sales support, customer service, order processing, and store/warehouse operations.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Deliver friendly, professional service to customers across in-store, email, and phone channels.
  • Support the daily running of the store and warehouse.
  • Handle orders, invoices, and payments accurately.
  • Keep displays and merchandising standards high and well maintained.
  • Operate warehouse tasks using a forklift, which is required for the role.

Working Hours

The store operates Monday to Friday from 6:30am to 4:00pm and Saturdays from 7:30am to 11:30am. Your standard working week will be 38 hours, starting at 6:30am. Additional hours may be needed depending on operational demands, and any time worked beyond 38 hours per week will be paid according to overtime rules.
