Currently, Stegbar Showers seeks skilled Wardrobe Installers and subcontractors for immediate engagement. This role presents long-term growth potential with ongoing training available for those interested in broadening their installation expertise to additional product lines over time.

Role Overview and Key Responsibilities

• Adhere strictly to safe work practices, prioritizing safety for oneself and colleagues while maintaining a hazard-free work environment consistent with the company's health and safety procedures.
• Complete all assigned installation tasks daily, focusing on safety, quality, and meeting customer delivery commitments.
• Engage proactively with customers, contacting them before installation dates to schedule mutually convenient times for access and service delivery.
• Act as a positive representative of the brand, upholding high standards of service and product quality.
• Submit daily paperwork and any collected funds to the office promptly to support accurate job tracking and invoicing.
• Comply with all company policies, procedures, and reporting requirements.
• Participate in broader organizational activities, projects, and goals as needed, always acting with integrity.

Essential Qualifications and Requirements

• Must hold a valid Construction Induction White Card.
• Possess a current and valid Australian driver's license.
• Have lawful working rights in Australia.
• Maintain a clean and valid police clearance certificate.

Subcontractor Specific Requirements

• Must have an Australian Business Number (ABN); registration as a Pty Ltd company is highly preferred.
• Hold all necessary insurances including Workers Compensation, Public Liability, and comprehensive motor vehicle cover.
• Own a late-model long wheelbase van (e.g., Hi Ace) capable of carrying materials at least 2.8 meters in length.
• Possess the appropriate tools required to perform the installation work efficiently.

Successful candidates will be required to complete a pre-employment medical examination along with drug and alcohol testing.
