Walk-in Relationship Officer

About the Role

This position is for a Relationship Officer responsible for sourcing and managing loan against property (LAP) business for a small finance bank. The role focuses on building a healthy loan portfolio, maintaining strong credit discipline, and supporting customers through the loan journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and source LAP customers in alignment with the business plan.
• Maintain strict credit standards and work toward zero defaults in recovery.
• Track the loan portfolio, carry out loan utilization checks, and conduct regular monitoring visits.
• Understand customer requirements and address queries or issues to support a positive customer experience.
• Complete loan contracts by clearly explaining the terms to applicants and ensuring all documentation is properly finished.

Compensation

The salary range mentioned for this role is INR 2,00,000 to INR 4,00,000 per year.
