Overview
Capgemini invites experienced professionals to attend an in-person walk-in session in Pune for roles involving AI/ML, Generative AI, and MLOps engineering. Candidates must have a minimum of five years of total experience to qualify for consideration. Profiles with less experience will not be entertained.
Role Expectations for Generative AI Engineers
- Proficiency in Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques.
- Comprehensive understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), neural networks, and core AI/ML principles.
- Hands-on experience with prominent AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
- In-depth knowledge and application of AI and machine learning algorithms.
Responsibilities of AI/ML Engineers
- Development and refinement of machine learning models.
- Advanced skills in managing and querying data, particularly with SQL.
- Practical experience in model engineering and enhancement.
- Expertise in deploying models and ensuring their production readiness.
MLOps Engineer Duties
- Designing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive ML pipelines that support training, assessment, and deployment processes.
- Collaborating closely with data scientists and software developers to operationalize ML models using serving frameworks such as TensorFlow Serving and TorchServe.
- Development and upkeep of CI/CD pipelines tailored for ML workflows, ensuring continuous integration and delivery.
