Junior Relationship Executive
This role involves support work in gold loan operations, customer guidance, documentation, and branch-level accounting and coordination. The candidate will handle gold checking, customer explanation of loan schemes, system updates, voucher preparation, cheque/cash movement, and communication with banks and the regional office.
- Inspect, count, and verify gold items brought by customers.
- Explain the available loan schemes to customers clearly.
- Complete documentation, system entries, and regular updates.
- Prepare daily statements, printouts, and vouchers.
- Maintain vouchers, cash book, advice records, and related accounting documents.
- Handle cheque movement and cash-related tasks carefully.
- Coordinate with banks and the regional office as needed.
Customer Care Executive
This position focuses on customer handling, telecalling, relationship management, business support, reporting, and office coordination. It also includes routine administrative assistance. Only female candidates are eligible for this role.
- Answer incoming calls and place outgoing calls when required.
- Support walk-in customers and persuade them to consider the product.
- Maintain customer relationships and assist in business development.
- Keep records updated and prepare reports.
- Manage email communication and coordinate with the corporate office.
- Assist with general administrative activities on a day-to-day basis.
Eligibility and profile details
- Age range: 21 to 30 years.
- Education: graduate or post-graduate in any stream.
- Experience for Junior Relationship Executive: 0 to 4 years in banking operations or accounting.
- Experience for Customer Care Executive: 0 to 4 years in financial product sales.
- Customer Care Executive role is limited to female candidates.
Compensation and terms
The annual compensation is Rs. 3,00,000, along with business incentive, bonus with ex-gratia, gratuity, leave encashment, ESIC, PF, personal loan support, and National Pension Scheme benefits. The role carries a 2-year employment bond.
