Job Role and Location
This opportunity is for freshers interested in Medical Coding roles, specifically non-certified candidates. The position is based at Access Healthcare's Chennai center located at A9, 1st Main Road, Ambattur Industrial Estate, Chennai 600058.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates should hold a degree or provisional certificate in Paramedical, Life Science, or Allied Health fields. Relevant disciplines include B.Pharm in any specialization, B.Sc in Optometry, Nursing, Zoology, Biochemistry, Bioinformatics, Biology, Radiology and Medical Imaging, Botany, Medical, Physician Assistant, Chemistry, Life Sciences, Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT), or related Science streams. Strong knowledge of Human Anatomy and Physiology is essential.

Selection Process
- Level 1: Online multiple-choice assessment covering Human Anatomy, Physiology, Medical Terms, and Abbreviations
- Level 2: Face-to-face discussion with the Operations Manager involving questions on Human Anatomy, Physiology, Medical Terms, and Abbreviations; candidates must be able to articulate and explain knowledge clearly
Additional Information
Selected candidates will be engaged on the HCC coding project. The company will provide training and sponsor the Certified Risk Adjustment Coder (CRC) certification. Certified coders holding credentials like CPC, CCS, COC, or CIC are requested not to apply for this position.
Compensation
The role offers a take-home salary of ₹15,200 per month. Candidates shortlisted through the interview will be considered for the HCC project training and certification sponsorship.
