Job Overview

This is a walk-in opportunity for an International Voice Process role based in Taramani, Chennai. The position is open to both women and men and is suitable for candidates with 0 to 3 years of experience. This is a work-from-office role with night shift timings.

Role Details

Location: Chennai, Taramani

Shift: Night shift from 7:00 PM to 5:00 AM

Qualification: Any degree / any graduate

Experience: 0 to 3 years

Salary: Fresher take-home pay of 19,000; for experienced candidates, compensation will depend on relevant experience and supporting documents

Notice period: Immediate joining is required

Mode of work: Work from office only

Responsibilities

• Handle international voice-based customer interactions in a professional manner.
• Communicate clearly in English while maintaining proper grammar, sentence structure, and pronunciation.
• Support customer conversations efficiently during the assigned night shift.
• Follow process requirements and maintain service quality during calls.
