Role Overview
This opportunity is for an International Customer Support professional in a voice process. The position involves handling customer conversations for global clients, resolving queries with professionalism, and maintaining a high standard of service. This is a full-time, work-from-office role with night shifts and rotational weekly offs.

Job Details

Responsibilities
- Manage customer calls for international support through voice communication.

Requirements
- Prior experience in international voice support.
- Strong command of spoken, written, and reading English.

- Willingness to work night shifts.
- Readiness to work from the Bengaluru or Pune location.
