We are seeking a personable and customer-focused Waiter/Waitress to join our team at Riviera Rayhaan by Rotana in Doha. The ideal candidate will be responsible for taking customer orders, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring high-quality service throughout the dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers warmly and provide menus promptly.
• Take and deliver accurate food and drink orders.
• Respond to customer inquiries and suggest complementary items.
• Work cooperatively with restaurant staff to maintain a seamless service flow.
• Address customer complaints or concerns courteously and professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and prepare dining areas for service.

Candidate Requirements

• Demonstrated prior experience working as a waiter or waitress.
• Strong skills in customer service and effective communication.
• Ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Capable of working flexible shifts to meet operational needs.
• Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma or equivalent.
