Key Responsibilities

• Bring a positive and friendly demeanor to all guest interactions, consistently seeking opportunities to enhance their dining experience.
• Become fully acquainted with all menu options, ongoing promotions, and special offerings to confidently assist guests with any inquiries.
• Efficiently take and process food and beverage orders using our point-of-sale system and ensure timely delivery of orders with great attention to detail.
• Maintain the food service station by keeping it clean, organized, and adequately stocked at all times.
• Adhere strictly to health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations to guarantee the well-being of guests and team members.
