Role Overview

Serving as a Waiter/Waitress at Sushi Art, you will be a key representative of our brand, ensuring guests receive premium casual dining service marked by warmth and professionalism. Your engaging communication and approachable manner are essential to ensuring a positive guest experience.

Primary Duties

• Warmly welcome guests and escort them to their tables, fostering a friendly and inviting environment.
• Develop comprehensive knowledge of our premium menu to confidently explain dishes, ingredients, and preparation, providing tailored recommendations.
• Accurately take food and drink orders, carefully considering dietary requirements, allergies, and special instructions.
• Strictly follow the eathos signature service sequence to deliver meals and beverages promptly and smoothly.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with kitchen staff, sushi chefs, and bartenders to facilitate timely order preparation and delivery.
• Proactively engage guests by promoting specials, seasonal offerings, and beverage options to enrich their dining adventure.
• Ensure your assigned area is impeccably clean and organized, and process bill payments efficiently.

Candidate Profile

• Exhibit a cheerful, approachable demeanor with a genuine commitment to superior guest service.
• Possess strong verbal communication skills to interact with diverse customers and team members effectively.
• Demonstrate excellent multitasking capabilities, swiftly prioritizing and resolving issues during busy periods.

• Maintain a neat and professional appearance aligned with brand grooming standards.
• Be flexible to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous experience in waiting or customer service roles within premium casual dining is highly preferred.
