Role Description and Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome guests to the restaurant, ensuring a professional and inviting dining atmosphere.
• Present menus to customers, clarify details of menu items, and suggest appropriate food and beverage pairings.
• Accurately record and process customer orders using the point of sale system.
• Deliver food and drinks adhering strictly to fine dining service protocols.
• Maintain proper table setup before, during, and following guest service.
• Regularly check on guest satisfaction and respond swiftly to their queries or concerns.
• Keep the dining environment clean, tidy, and well-organized.
• Work closely with kitchen and bar personnel to coordinate timely and seamless service.
• Handle guest billing precisely and courteously through the POS system.
• Comply with all food safety, hygiene, and health standards.
• Maintain a neat and professional look, upholding the high service standards of the restaurant.

Candidate Requirements

• Education equivalent to a high school diploma.
• At least two years' experience working in a fine dining restaurant environment.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to excellent customer service.
• A professional demeanor paired with a positive and approachable attitude.
• Able to perform well in a fast-moving, dynamic workplace.
• Basic proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is considered an advantage.
• Familiarity with fine dining etiquette and standards for food and beverage service.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
• A reliable team contributor with meticulous attention to detail.
