Le Café LPM is a neighbourhood-style café in Dubai inspired by the French Riviera and shaped for the modern city. From the first coffee in the morning to the final spritz in the evening, each order is prepared and delivered with the same care and attention as the rest of the guest experience.

Role Overview

We are hiring a Waiter who can take full ownership of their tables and guests. You will manage orders, serve with accuracy, and ensure every visitor feels genuinely welcomed and well cared for. You will be the person guests remember by name and by the experience you create.

What You Will Do

You will lead the service of your assigned tables, handle requests with precision, and maintain a polished, attentive presence throughout the guest journey.

Guest Experience

From the first greeting to the final farewell, you will create a warm, professional, and memorable experience that helps guests feel comfortable and valued.

Menu Knowledge and Recommendations

You are expected to know the menu thoroughly, including ingredients, preparation methods, and ideal pairings. You should be confident in making recommendations, suggesting additional items, and guiding guests toward the most suitable choices.

Understanding Guests

You will pay attention to the pace, preferences, and mood of each table, remembering the small details that help make guests feel recognised and personally looked after. Important preferences and habits should be noted so nothing is overlooked.

Communication and Teamwork

You must communicate clearly with the kitchen, stay attentive to guests, and coordinate smoothly with the wider team. Minor issues should be handled directly and efficiently, while larger matters must be escalated to the manager without delay.

Candidate Profile

No previous experience is necessary. We value personality, positive energy, and genuine warmth above all else. Strong English communication is required, and knowledge of French or another European language will be an advantage.
