About the Role
Le Café LPM brings a relaxed café rhythm to Dubai, blending the easy elegance of the French Riviera with a modern neighbourhood setting. From the first coffee served in the morning to evening drinks, each order is expected to be prepared with care and consistency. The venue is seeking a Senior Barista to take full responsibility for this experience.
What You Will Do
In this position, coffee quality is central to the guest experience from opening through closing. You will be expected to maintain high standards in preparation, service, and station management while creating a welcoming atmosphere for every guest.
- Take ownership of coffee quality and consistency throughout service.
- Prepare espresso-based drinks and other coffee beverages to a reliable standard.
- Maintain clean, organised, fully stocked, and compliant coffee service areas.
- Work quickly and accurately during busy periods without lowering standards.
- Interact warmly with guests and present coffee knowledge in an approachable way.
- Coordinate smoothly with the bar, floor, and kitchen teams to support shift flow and energy.
What They Are Looking For
The ideal candidate should have 2 to 3 years of barista experience in a busy, quality-driven setting. A solid understanding of espresso drinks, brewing techniques, milk texturing, and coffee origins is important. Strong English communication is required, and knowledge of French or another language is considered an advantage.
