About Le Café LPM
Le Café LPM is designed as a contemporary neighbourhood café inspired by the French Riviera, blending relaxed elegance with daily city life. The concept focuses on beautifully executed all-day dining, from properly made croissants to simply grilled fish and spritzes that feel like a summer terrace.
This role is for a cashier who can represent that experience at the point of payment, ensuring every guest leaves with a polished and welcoming final impression.
Role overview
You will be one of the final contacts in the guest journey, responsible for handling transactions accurately while making sure visitors feel genuinely cared for.
Responsibilities
- Process guest payments, refunds, deposits, no-show penalty charges, and end-of-day cash reconciliation with complete accuracy.
- Handle cash, card, and digital transactions while following company procedures and UAE regulatory requirements.
- Keep the counter area operating efficiently by managing queues, guiding guests, and maintaining a tidy, well-organised station.
- Coordinate closely with the floor and service teams to monitor order flow and ensure a smooth experience from arrival to departure.
- Contribute a positive, reliable attitude and support the team throughout every shift.
Requirements
- Prior experience in accounts or finance-related work is required.
- Comfort with technology, systems, and digital tools is expected.
- Strong command of English is mandatory.
- Knowledge of French, Arabic, or any additional language will be an advantage.
- Applicants should be dependable, service-oriented, and able to work well within a team environment.
