- Assess opportunities to build, integrate, distribute, license, invest in, or partner with innovative technology businesses.
- Work with Product and Engineering to speed up roadmaps through integrations, embedded experiences, and technology alliances.
- Convert market changes and new technologies into practical opportunities, proof-of-concepts, and scalable customer solutions.

- Lead the structuring and negotiation of complex agreements, including partnership, licensing, commercial, and joint venture deals.
- Spot new business models, distribution channels, and ecosystem opportunities that broaden reach and customer impact.
- Act as the executive sponsor for major partner relationships, including business reviews, planning sessions, and long-term collaboration.
- Set up the operating model, processes, and capabilities needed to scale a high-performing partnerships function.
- Build and manage a team responsible for identifying, activating, and overseeing high-impact technology and business partnerships.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of progressive leadership experience in strategic partnerships, business development, product, technology, corporate strategy, venture capital, private equity, or related technology ecosystem roles.
- A track record of identifying emerging technology trends and translating them into products, partnerships, customer experiences, or new business opportunities.
- Strong knowledge of AI, cloud infrastructure, SaaS platforms, developer ecosystems, commerce, security, identity, or similar digital technology areas.
- Experience working with Product, Engineering, Strategy, and commercial teams to move initiatives from idea to delivery and scale.
- Proven ability to negotiate and structure complex technology, licensing, platform, or strategic partnership agreements.
- Background in strategic partnerships, product leadership, general management, or technology-focused business development.
- Strong ecosystem-building mindset with an understanding of how platforms, partners, and distribution networks create long-term value.
- Excellent executive communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills.
- Solid commercial judgment with the ability to balance customer value, strategic impact, financial outcomes, and long-term opportunity.
- Comfort operating in a fast-changing environment with high ownership, curiosity, and adaptability.
- Experience creating teams, operating models, and frameworks that can support scalable partnership execution.
