Within the Human Resource & Organization Department, we lead talent strategies and cultivate organizational culture that supports GIC’s sustained long-term success.

Role Overview

As a Vice President in Talent and Organization Strategy, you will contribute to key mandates including performance and talent management, leadership development, succession planning, workforce strategy, employee engagement, organizational values and culture, as well as diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI).

Your role involves advising management and the Board on initiatives aimed at enhancing employee performance, growth, and wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• Steer workforce strategy and organizational design projects through analytical and scenario-based planning, including assessing AI's impact.
• Analyze organizational health and engagement data to develop targeted, impactful interventions.
• Align enterprise-wide performance management, talent reviews, and succession planning with business priorities.
• Promote and embed GIC’s values, culture, and DEI goals through organization-wide programs and stakeholder engagement.
• Act as a trusted consultant to senior leadership, including Management, Executive Committee, and Board Committees, on key people and organizational matters.
• Prepare executive and Board-level presentations, simplifying complex topics into clear, actionable insights.
• Facilitate integration across HR functions by collaborating with HR Business Partners, People Analytics, and Talent Acquisition to develop comprehensive people strategies.

Qualifications and Skills

• 7 to 10 years of experience in HR strategy, organizational development, management consulting, or related fields within a major global organization.
• Proven success delivering enterprise-wide human capital strategies and transformative initiatives.
• Strong strategic thinking skills, able to transition from problem analysis to effective design and implementation.
• Experience influencing and counseling senior executives, including board-level stakeholders.
• Exceptional communication aptitude, capable of distilling complex information into compelling narratives for executive audiences.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-performance, and ambiguous settings with strong ownership.
• High professionalism and discretion, especially with sensitive organizational issues.
