VP of Product

Role Overview

We seek a visionary and customer-focused Vice President of Product to steer the product strategy, roadmap, and execution. This leader will be pivotal in achieving product-market alignment, scaling user growth, and impacting business success.

Core Duties

• Establish and communicate the product vision and strategic roadmap.
• Manage and inspire product management and design teams.
• Foster product-market fit and enhance user engagement metrics.
• Collaborate intimately with Engineering, Sales, and Marketing departments.
• Translate organizational objectives into actionable product initiatives.
• Take ownership of key product metrics including growth, retention, and revenue.
• Conduct comprehensive market analysis and monitor competitive landscape.
• Evaluate and prioritize product features for maximum impact and feasibility.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in product management with over 5 years in senior leadership roles.
• Demonstrated history of successfully launching products to market.
• Strong analytical skills coupled with data-driven decision-making capabilities.
• Experience collaborating effectively across multiple cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to manage various stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in AI/ML or SaaS product management is an advantage.
• Experience within startups or rapidly growing companies is highly regarded.
• Technical expertise or a history of close work with engineering teams is beneficial.
