About the Company
Beast Industries is a media and entertainment company founded by Jimmy Donaldson, known globally as MrBeast. The organization has grown well beyond its YouTube roots into a broad business portfolio that includes digital media, philanthropy, consumer products, and new venture initiatives. Its goal is to create entertainment that inspires people, delivers social impact, and pushes creative boundaries.
MrBeast is also developing a large consumer and services ecosystem that spans media, consumer goods, financial services, telecom, loyalty, and brand partnerships. This role sits at the center of that ecosystem and is intended to turn cultural influence into direct commercial value.
Role Overview
As VP of Brand Partnerships, you will lead the sourcing, shaping, and closing of high-value partnership deals across the Beast Industries platform. You will operate as a senior individual contributor with direct accountability for pipeline creation, negotiations, and revenue outcomes. The role is built for a commercially sharp leader who can independently originate opportunities, close complex agreements, and work across internal teams to deliver partnerships end to end.
What the Role Covers
You will be responsible for building and executing strategic brand partnerships that may include branded integrations, premium media packages, IP licensing, co-productions, and product collaborations. Success in this position means converting audience reach into revenue through structured, scalable, and high-impact 360° campaigns across the company’s content and IP ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive personal revenue goals through pipeline building, deal progression, and closed business.
- Identify and pursue new opportunities with global brands, agencies, and strategic collaborators.
- Manage the full sales cycle from outreach and prospecting through negotiation and contract finalization.
- Design and sell integrated partnership solutions across branded content, media, IP licensing, product collaborations, and production.
- Create persuasive, results-focused partnership decks and proposals tied to partner goals and ROI.
- Strengthen relationships with senior stakeholders and identify opportunities for renewals and larger follow-on deals.
- Work closely with Partner Solutions, Creative, Production, Legal, and Sales Operations to deliver complex partnership commitments.
- Maintain strong pipeline hygiene, forecasting accuracy, and deal tracking across your portfolio.
- Align cross-functional teams around partnership needs and ensure execution stays on track.
Requirements
- At least 15 years of experience in partnerships, media sales, or revenue-focused roles with direct responsibility for closing deals.
- A history of originating, developing, and closing multi-million-dollar partnerships with major global brands.
- Hands-on experience owning pipeline creation and full-cycle deal execution in a high-value sales environment.
- Background in selling integrated offerings such as media packages, branded content, sponsorships, or IP-led partnerships.
- Strong commercial judgment and negotiation ability for complex, multi-year agreements.
- Executive-level communication skills and experience influencing senior leaders and C-suite stakeholders.
- Clear understanding of media monetization, branded content, and partnership-based revenue models.
- Experience coordinating across multiple functions to deliver large, cross-team deals.
- Ability to work independently in fast-changing, ambiguous environments while consistently driving revenue.
Compensation and Benefits
The target total compensation is $423,750 to $533,750 and includes base pay, an employee equity plan grant, and bonus. Equity grants are offered in good faith and remain subject to company policies, board approval, and individual eligibility.
- Competitive pay structure
- Medical coverage through Blue Cross Blue Shield, plus dental, vision, and company-paid life insurance
- Employer contributions to Health Savings Accounts (HSA)
- 401(k) plan with Safe Harbor matching
- Flexible vacation policy and paid company holidays
- Company-issued technology package
- Relocation support when applicable, including travel and company-provided housing for the first 90 days
Additional Information
