It involves leading end-to-end transformation efforts, including AI-enabled initiatives and workflow redesign, while ensuring alignment across business units and enabling functions.
You will be expected to establish a strong transformation delivery capability from the ground up, with clear governance, PMO discipline, and cross-functional coordination. The role carries significant visibility and requires a combination of strategic judgment, hands-on delivery, and the ability to operate effectively in a matrixed and regulated environment.
Key accountabilities
- Lead the development, execution, and scaling of high-priority transformation programs in the United States, including AI-led and reimagined work initiatives.
- Create and run a centralized transformation PMO with governance routines, reporting standards, risk controls, and executive-level transparency.
- Align business, technology, data, and enabling teams so that workflow transformation is integrated and delivery remains consistent.
- Direct operating model redesign and enterprise workflow improvement, embedding digital, automation, and AI capabilities into core processes.
- Manage the transformation portfolio by setting priorities, identifying dependencies, sequencing work, and resolving conflicts across initiatives.
- Track and deliver measurable value, including outcome measurement, adoption monitoring, and sustained business impact.
- Work with senior leaders to ensure delivery is consistent with enterprise strategy, Responsible AI principles, and platform capabilities.
- Build, coach, and lead a high-performing transformation team focused on accountability, speed, and impact.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of experience leading enterprise transformation, operating model redesign, or large-scale business process change in complex organizations.
- Strong history of turning strategic intent into delivered, measurable enterprise outcomes.
- Experience creating or leading transformation offices, PMOs, or similar governance and delivery structures.
- Solid understanding of AI, digital transformation, automation, and technology-enabled workflow redesign.
- Ability to connect strategy, operations, technology, people impact, and value realization into one transformation roadmap.
- Proven experience in matrixed, heavily regulated environments with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Executive presence with the ability to influence senior leaders and hold teams accountable.
- Advanced problem-solving ability with a consulting-oriented mindset and strong operational execution skills.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or another advanced degree is preferred.
Benefits and compensation
- Annual base salary range of USD 288,400 to USD 535,600, depending on experience and qualifications.
- Performance-based cash incentives, plus possible eligibility for equity awards depending on role level.
- Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage.
- Life insurance and disability coverage.
- 401(k) retirement plan with company contribution and matching.
- Generous paid time off, including vacation, holidays, personal days, and additional leave options.
- Opportunity to lead large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives.
- Exposure to advanced AI-driven, digital, and operational transformation work.
- Inclusive and collaborative workplace that values innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
