Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Executive Assistant to support our Board at the Faber-Castell AG headquarters in Stein near Nuremberg. The position requires management of a variety of administrative and organizational tasks to facilitate smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing correspondence independently, both in German and English.
- Scheduling, coordinating, and organizing appointments as well as national and international business travel.
- Consistent monitoring and tracking of ongoing processes, deadlines, and projects.
- Maintaining direct telephone and written communication with partners, clients, and contacts worldwide.
- Conducting general administrative tasks including secretarial duties, reviewing invoices, and processing travel expense reports.
- Preparing presentations with necessary data analyses, reports, and decision-making materials.
- Organizing and hosting national and international visitors.
- Handling special tasks and projects independently.
Candidate Profile
- Commercial training or qualification as a foreign language correspondent combined with business education.
- Outstanding command of English both spoken and written.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite, safe handling of internet and communication tools, and SAP experience.
- Absolute discretion, trustworthiness, and loyalty.
- Strong assertiveness and negotiation skills.
- Independent, structured, and precise approach to work.
- High dedication and resilience under pressure.
- Above-average commitment and flexibility.
- Excellent organizational and communication talent.
- Intercultural competence and confident demeanor in an international setting.
- Additional foreign language skills are an advantage.
