About the Role

The Integrative Kita Tabaluga in Hainburg is an active and inclusive environment where 80 children with and without disabilities learn and play together. Participating in the Voluntary Social Year (Freiwilliges Soziales Jahr, FSJ), you will engage with daily kindergarten activities, assist the team, and gain practical experience working with children.

Primary Responsibilities

• Assist staff members in daily routines within the nursery or kindergarten, supporting children both with and without disabilities.
• Help with child supervision and participate in activities such as games, crafts, singing, and physical exercises.
• Accompany children on trips and group activities, contributing to a diverse and engaging day for them.

Candidate Profile

• Motivated to acquire initial work experience in the social sector.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Enjoy working with children aged 1 to 6 years.
• Open to personal growth and new challenges.
• Dependable and responsible.
• German language ability at a minimum of A2 level.
