About The Opportunity

We seek professional or semi-professional voice artists passionate about language and technology for an exciting AI voice model training initiative. The role involves producing voice recordings tailored to specific qualities and styles for use in advanced AI training.

Deliverables

• Provide varied voice samples reflecting qualities such as brightness, sultriness, and ASMR-style soft, intimate delivery.
• Deliver expressive, conversational voiceovers that avoid monotone tones.
• Embody a voice persona that is friendly, empathetic, attentive, and helpful.
• Maintain flawless diction, clear articulation, consistent quality, steady rhythm and tempo, and controlled pitch and volume in all recordings.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Native speaker of Australian English.
• Experience in voice acting, narration, podcasting, or streaming.
• Access to a professional or high-quality home recording setup including a microphone, headset or speakers, audio interface, and professional digital audio workstation with software/plugins.
• Operate in a treated, quiet recording space free from background noise, clicks, music, muffling, or similar disturbances.
• Capable of meeting specific technical requirements including precise volume levels, file naming conventions, audio formats, and controlled pauses between segments.
• Provide demo recordings or voiceover samples for evaluation.
• Ability to handle fast-paced projects with tight deadlines.
• Consent to licensing voice recordings for AI voice cloning and text-to-speech training purposes.
• May be required to complete a test module for vetting.

Additional Considerations

• This role is best suited as a supplementary income source rather than a full-time job due to fluctuating project availability.
• No employee benefits are provided as this is a contractor position; you will be responsible for your own taxes.
• Tasks typically require a minimum commitment of 2 hours daily or 10 hours weekly with reliable punctual delivery expected.
