Job description
Role Overview
We are looking for candidates with strong communication skills to handle both voice and semi-voice customer service roles at Altruist Technologies in Chennai.
Key Responsibilities
- Address customer inquiries through multiple channels including telephone, email, and chat.
- Achieve performance targets such as call volume quotas, timely issue resolution, and customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to improve training programs and overall service performance.
- Follow a rotational shift schedule along with rotational weekly offs.
