About the Role

This opening is for a voice actor to support CX agent voice cloning work in Standard French. The assignment is remote and is structured as a contract role with a weekly time commitment of 5 to 10 hours. Compensation ranges from $50 to $150 per hour.
What You'll Do
- Capture high-quality voice recordings using a range of script styles, including conversational, narrative, and instructional content.
- Speak with clarity, natural flow, and expression while keeping control over tone, speed, and pronunciation.
- Keep the voice, accent, and delivery consistent across different recording sessions.
- Work within detailed recording instructions covering the recording space, microphone arrangement, and file format requirements.
- Complete repeated takes when different emotional tones, emphasis, or delivery styles are needed.
What We're Looking For
- Native or near-native French fluency with a standard, neutral French accent and no strong regional coloring.
- Background in voice acting, dubbing, narration, podcasting, or broadcasting.
- Access to a professional or close-to-professional recording environment and setup.
- Solid control of intonation, articulation, and emotional expression.
- Availability for 5 to 10 hours each week for the duration of the project.

Preferred Background
- Experience contributing to text-to-speech projects, audiobooks, IVR systems, or AI voice data.
- Comfort using audio editing software such as Audacity, Adobe Audition, or Reaper.
- Ability to perform in multiple vocal styles when needed.
