Role overview

Join a luxury retail team as a Visual Merchandising Intern and help shape how the brand is presented across stores in the UKIN market. This opportunity offers practical exposure to visual merchandising in a high-end environment, combining creative thinking with commercial awareness.

Visual merchandising and campaign support

  • Gather examples and insights on successful visual merchandising work from local and global teams to support the Market Lead.
  • Review feedback from the Market Lead and factor in local store needs when presenting merchandise in campaign displays.
  • Assist with campaign ordering, coordination, and logistics across stores, including support for local production requirements and follow-up on post-installation issues or requests.
  • Collect and organize examples that showcase strong visual merchandising after campaign launches or display refreshes.
  • Help maintain and update store floorplans in the global system and observe the effect of layout changes.
  • Support replenishment by collecting orders for VM Market Leads and following up with the global team regarding invoices.
  • Contribute to new store openings by tracking floorplans and open orders.

Events and in-store activations

  • Support the VM Lead with visual merchandising activations for UK boutiques, especially for key stores.
  • Assist with event planning and setup, including tracking orders and related materials.
  • Help coordinate regional in-store activations by consolidating floorplans, production details, and installation information.
  • Collect required information from markets for global teams and production vendors for pop-up activations.

Profile and eligibility

This role is suitable for someone based in London or elsewhere in the United Kingdom who already has the right to work in the UK. The ideal candidate has a genuine interest in visual merchandising or a related area, preferably within luxury retail, along with a strong luxury aesthetic sensibility. You should be comfortable working in a fast-moving team, managing several priorities at once, and communicating clearly and professionally in both written and spoken English.
