About the Role
This is a permanent full-time position requiring 39 hours per week at the H&M store located in Harlow, England. The role demands flexibility to work across all seven days, including weekends.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement visual merchandising, commercial, and styling initiatives following store guidelines to elevate customer experience and support sales growth.
- Evaluate sales data, maintain garment quality, and identify opportunities for visual and commercial improvement in partnership with store management.
- Utilize trend knowledge and competitor analysis to mentor and empower store team members, enabling them to enhance customer service.
Team Collaboration
You will be part of a dynamic store team, which includes Sales Advisors, Team Leaders, Department Managers, Visual Merchandisers, and Store Managers, working collectively to create an inspiring shopping environment.
