Role Overview
The Tourism Product Development Company Limited is looking for a driven and outcomes-focused professional to serve as Visitor Safety and Experience Coordinator for Negril. Reporting to the Director of Visitor Safety and Experience, the successful candidate will help put in place strategies that lower tourist harassment in resort areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate anti-harassment initiatives across the region in partnership with the relevant stakeholders.
- Track progress against scheduled targets and prepare reports on anti-harassment performance.
- Put monitoring measures in place to assess how well the anti-harassment efforts are working.
- Oversee the work of the District Constable Programme in the region to confirm that assigned duties are being carried out effectively.
- Build and maintain productive relationships with security agencies and tourism organizations in the resort area to support implementation efforts.
- Collect, organize, and document visitor complaints related to harassment so they can inform future strategy.
- Look into harassment incidents affecting visitors and apply appropriate corrective follow-up actions.
- Develop strong links with communities within and around resort areas to support delivery of anti-harassment measures.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience
Applicants should have a first degree in Business Administration or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution, along with at least two years of experience in a comparable role.
A driver’s licence and access to a reliable motor vehicle are also required.
Candidates may also qualify through any equivalent combination of education and experience.
