Role Overview

This full-time, on-site position located in Chandigarh combines responsibilities as a Visa Consultant and Social Media Manager. The visa consulting role involves advising clients about study destinations, visa classifications, necessary documents, and immigration laws. Managing client records and timelines, facilitating one-on-one consultations, preparing and reviewing visa paperwork, and liaising with authorities and partner institutions are core functions. As Social Media Manager, duties encompass planning and producing engaging content for social platforms, addressing queries received via social channels, tracking audience engagement metrics, and supporting digital campaigns aimed at recruiting prospective students. The role requires close teamwork with the counseling staff, consistent communication with clients, and strict adherence to company policies and compliance protocols.

Qualifications and Skills

• Comprehensive understanding of immigration regulations and processes related to student visas.
• Practical experience in visa management, including document verification and submission.
• Strong interpersonal and consulting abilities to interact effectively with clients.
• Competence in social media planning and content creation; basic knowledge of digital marketing and nurturing audience engagement.
• Possession of a bachelor's degree in any field; degrees specializing in education, law, business, or similar areas are advantageous.
• Keen attention to detail, excellent organizational capabilities, and proficiency in managing multiple applications and deadlines concurrently.
• Availability to work on-site in Chandigarh, proficiency in English, and preferably familiarity with local languages.
• Experience in overseas education consultancy, visa counseling, or client-facing roles is desirable.
