About the Role

This is a fully remote, performance-oriented sales position focused on generating revenue through digital conversations. The role is designed for confident closers who prefer measurable outcomes, work independently, and are motivated by commission and incentives.

Key Mission

As a Virtual Revenue Closing Expert, you will handle the final stage of the online sales journey. Rather than taking phone calls, you will close transactions through digital channels and help recover sales that were about to be lost.

Responsibilities

  • Follow up on abandoned carts using tailored SMS, chat, and email outreach to win back sales.
  • Turn incoming questions into completed purchases by recommending products and using smart upselling techniques.
  • Use persuasive, targeted messaging to move prospects toward immediate buying decisions.
  • Partner with strategy teams and share feedback that helps improve conversion performance across campaigns.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of proven remote sales and closing experience.

  • Working knowledge of Shopify, CRM systems, or comparable e-commerce sales tools.
  • A reliable PC or laptop with an i5 or better processor.
  • Stable high-speed internet with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps.
