Role & Responsibilities
The Virtual Relationship Manager will manage an assigned client base within the virtual program, focusing on acquiring and retaining customers effectively. The role emphasizes generating revenue through the sales of various financial products such as assets, liabilities, mutual funds, life insurance, and other third-party products offered by the bank. Additional responsibilities include managing high-net-worth (HNW) portfolios, driving product penetration, delivering outstanding customer service, and contributing towards achieving targeted banking product sales.
Candidate Profile & Skills
- Recommended qualifications include graduation and preferably post-graduation.
- Relevant certifications such as NISM and IRDA are preferred.
- Strong sales and influencing capabilities.
- In-depth knowledge of banking products, processes, and NRI products alongside regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Awareness of competition and current trends in the financial industry.
