What you'll do

• Carry out detailed clinical evaluations and psychological assessments for ADHD and ASD in adult clients.
• Review assessment findings, determine diagnoses, draft reports, and prepare recommendations that help women understand and integrate their neurodivergent identity across different areas of life.
• Create individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs.
• Deliver evidence-based, client-focused therapy that aligns with the Momwell care model.
• Use client-reported outcomes and measurement-based care data to guide sessions and treatment decisions.
• Update treatment plans as client goals, symptoms, or clinical needs change.
• Keep records accurate and current in the electronic health record system while meeting legal and ethical requirements.
• Follow all relevant professional, legal, and ethical standards for mental health practice.
• Work on a part-time independent contract basis for 10 to 15 hours per week.

What the team is looking for

• A psychologist licensed in Ontario and in good standing.
• Strong experience with formal psychological testing and mental health assessments for adults with ADHD and ASD.
• At least 5 years of experience as a fully licensed practitioner providing both one-on-one therapy and assessments.
• Private practice experience is required.
• Background in women’s health and perinatal mental health.
• Comfort using EHR systems and virtual assessment platforms.
• Willingness to pursue the Perinatal Mental Health Certification (PMH-C) through Postpartum Support International.
• A strong client-centered approach, cultural sensitivity, inclusivity, adaptability, and a willingness to learn in a fast-moving virtual environment.
• Excellent communication skills, ethical judgment, and comfort with evolving technology.
