- Work closely with on-site staff, housekeeping, and maintenance teams to support smooth turnovers and property readiness.
- Manage operational escalations such as OTA disputes, chargebacks, double-booking prevention, and detailed record keeping.
- Provide support outside standard hours, including evenings and weekends, for urgent guest issues and emergencies.
Requirements
- Strong practical experience using Guesty and Uplisting is essential.
- At least 2 years of experience handling reservations and guest relations in both hotels/B&Bs and short-term rental environments.
- Excellent English communication skills with a polished, warm, and professional tone.
- Availability to work in line with UK business hours, with flexibility for evening and weekend monitoring.
- Solid understanding of OTA platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, and Expedia Group, including pricing structures and dispute handling.
- Highly independent, organized, and able to manage a complex portfolio with minimal supervision.
Preferred Experience
- Exposure to dynamic pricing software such as PriceLabs or Beyond Pricing.
- Knowledge of hotel channel management tools such as SiteMinder.
Benefits
- Work remotely from anywhere with international teams.
- Opportunity to grow within companies operating in SaaS, MarTech, and B2B services.
- Access to a network of high-performing professionals.
- Ongoing guidance and support before and after placement.
- Compensation is customized based on the client and candidate’s preferences.
Additional Information
This position is based in Ethiopia but is fully remote. The compensation in the source material is not specified as a fixed amount; it is described as variable and matched to the candidate’s goals. The role requires responsiveness during evenings and weekends in addition to UK business hours.
