Job Summary
The VIP & Hospitality Sales Senior Specialist plays a crucial role at Al Ahli Club Company, tasked with both driving revenue and ensuring an outstanding experience for VIP guests. This unique position manages the sales and matchday operations of the Club's VIP and hospitality offerings, including Sky Boxes and the Gold and Silver sections.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead sales efforts of VIP and hospitality packages through proactive outreach, relationship development, and contract renewals.
- Take full ownership of the matchday execution for all VIP zones, ensuring flawless service from setup through guest departure.
- Oversee catering, food and beverage services, and coordinate vendor logistics across VIP areas on game days.
- Establish and nurture strong, trust-based connections with high-value clients, corporate buyers, and VIP guests.
- Collaborate closely with the VIP & Hospitality Operations Senior Specialist to maintain consistent premium service quality.
- Monitor sales performance, attendance rates, and client feedback; report on revenue and renewal trends.
- Identify potential for upselling, cross-selling, and innovation in premium products and experiences.
- Partner with Marketing and Partnerships teams to integrate sponsor activations within VIP and hospitality sections.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or related disciplines.
- Between 4 and 6 years' experience in VIP sales, hospitality management, or managing premium accounts, preferably within sports, luxury events, or upscale hospitality sectors.
- Proven track record of selling and delivering premium experiences to affluent individuals and corporate clients.
- Hands-on experience managing operational aspects during matchdays or events within a hospitality setting.
- Familiarity with CRM software, client relationship techniques, and food & beverage coordination.
Skills Required
- Superior interpersonal and relationship-building abilities suited to engaging C-suite executives and VVIP guests.
- Strong sales competencies with a service-oriented, client-focused approach.
- Excellent organizational skills capable of managing logistics efficiently under event-day pressure.
- High attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining premium quality standards.
- Comfortable balancing commercial objectives with operational responsibilities in hospitality.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic languages.
