Role Overview

We are seeking experienced flight attendants who have already gained initial flight experience and possess a passion for delivering outstanding guest service. Ideal candidates have served in VIP, Business, or First Class settings and are ready to embrace a distinctive working environment characterized by style, empathy, and utmost discretion.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, execute, and conclude exclusive VVIP flights worldwide.
• Provide personal, discreet, and highly professional support to guests before, during, and after flights.
• Manage premium presentation and service onboard, including gourmet catering and sophisticated beverage offerings.
• Take charge of ordering, planning, and organizing cabin amenities tailored to guest profiles.
• Ensure the highest safety and service standards throughout flight operations.
• Collaborate closely with Flight Operations, Handling Agents, and other internal departments.
• Maintain and inspect inventory and cabin equipment meticulously.

Qualifications

• Possession of a valid Cabin Crew Attestation with initial flight experience.
• Hold an unrestricted valid passport issued by an EU member state.
• Completed school education, preferably with experience in upscale hospitality, gastronomy, or comparable service industries.
• Strong hospitality mindset and experience dealing with demanding international clientele.
• Excellent verbal and written skills in German and/or English; additional languages are advantageous.
• Maintain polished, confident demeanor even under pressure or sudden changes.
• High willingness to travel worldwide at short notice and flexibility in deploying at bases in Munich, Düsseldorf, Stuttgart, Berlin, and Hamburg.
• Above-average resilience, discretion, and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
• Demonstrate teamwork, strong communication skills, and significant personal accountability.
• Swim proficiency and commitment to successfully complete all safety-related training.
• Readiness to relocate to Germany.
